St Helens Restoration undertakes damage assessments for insurance companies, loss adjusters and disaster recovery companies.  Our assessor will visit the insured, inspect the damage and we will then provide a report or quote where applicable, accompanied by images.  This will enable the insurance company or loss adjuster to make a fair decision with the confidence that the damaged item has been expertly assessed.  In all cases we advise a current replacement value. 

In the case of a damaged piece that we feel can be repaired or restored, we will quote for such restoration on the basis that the piece is returned to pre-accident condition. 

We save insurance companies a large percentage of the cost of replacement.

All referrals are contacted the same day the instruction is received and visits are carried out within 7 days if the insured is amenable to this.
